I have up for sale an interesting vintage original copyright dated 1922 TAMPA TOWN AND ROUND ABOUT IT 4" x 6-1/8" large pocket size booklet with everything one would want to know about Tampa . The front of the booklet has printed , " A little book full of interest to Visitors, Tourists, Homeseekers, and Residents".    There are 70 pages in all and a fold out map on the very last page. The booklet has quite a few pages with ads from local businesses , the local government, associations, aviation, banks, cemeteries, churches, clubs, detective agencies, freight offices, GAR, hospitals , hotels, libraries, labor unions, parks, newspapers, post offices, schools, sports, telephone companies, theaters, etc  - plus many more . My 3rd pic shows an image of the index , which will help you get a good idea of all info crammed into this little booklet.
The booklet is in Very Good to Excellent Condition albeit a little sticker label with a 10Cent price on it.
ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics.
IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED  -CONTACT ME ASAP -  KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO HELP PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM.  YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM . SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING ,PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX , AND OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WOULD BE REQUIRED. WITHOUT THESE PICS, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF I CAN NOT PROCESS THE CLAIM - YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE. I PACKAGE TO THE VERY BEST OF MY ABILITIES BUT SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
