Where Donald Trump and Kamala Harris Will Campaign In Election’s Final Week

Kamala Harris and Donald Trump are heading into the final week before Election Day with packed schedules across the country, focusing on rallies in battleground states.
Both campaigns are working flat out to win over voters in what is shaping up to be one of the closest presidential elections in modern history.
Newsweek is keeping track of where the candidates have been holding events, and where they’re planning on going next.
Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, are running a campaign centered on progressive policies like expanding access to healthcare, workers’ rights, and addressing climate change. Harris, as vice president, has emphasized union support and civil rights, promising to pass the Equality Act to protect LGBTQ+ Americans from discrimination.
They have planned an intense schedule that spans all seven battleground states.
Their last push kicks off in Philadelphia on Sunday, where Harris will visit a local church, a barbershop, a Puerto Rican restaurant, and a youth basketball facility.
On Monday, Walz will campaign in Wisconsin with stops in Manitowoc and Waukesha, before joining Harris in Ann Arbor, Michigan, for a rally featuring a performance by singer Maggie Rogers.
Harris will then head to Washington D.C., on Tuesday, where she will deliver a nationally broadcast speech from the Ellipse, adjacent to the National Mall. According to her campaign, Harris will address economic policies, healthcare, and civil rights in what her team has dubbed her “closing argument.”
Later in the week, Harris and Walz will continue through North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on Wednesday, with a planned Madison event featuring live performances from Mumford & Sons.
The vice president will end her week with events in Nevada and Arizona on Thursday, with Mexican bands Maná and Los Tigres del Norte performing in Las Vegas and Phoenix respectively, focusing on boosting Latino turnout.
Walz, meanwhile, will take a separate path through Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign, with Ohio Senator JD Vance as his running mate, has focused heavily on economic concerns, immigration, and energy policies. Trump and Vance are promoting increased tariffs, particularly on Chinese imports, to bolster domestic manufacturing and protect American workers.
Trump and Vance are taking their message across the nation with his own final rally push, focusing on swing states.
Trump’s schedule starts off with a rally on Sunday night in deep-blue Manhattan at Madison Square Garden.
He is then scheduled for a rally in Atlanta on Monday evening and a Tuesday event in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Vance will focus on Wisconsin and Michigan, delivering speeches in Wausau and Racine on Monday and Saginaw on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, Trump will hold a rally in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he will be joined by former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre.
Trump will continue to Nevada with a rally in Henderson on Thursday before returning to Wisconsin on Friday for an event in Milwaukee.
He is set to end the week with a Saturday night rally in Salem, Virginia.
